For the Atelis spaceships in Firmament —two vessels sharing the same name but from different points in the 20th century— I created all the structural assets and props. The concept was to depict the late-century ship as having been ransacked by the crew of the early-century ship. With guidance from the Art Director and Concept Artist, I designed the hero props by repurposing pieces from the old Bunker and elements from the late-century ship itself. I also crafted all materials and lighting for the "modern" Atellis, while the materials and lighting for the older ship were later refined by artist Lance VerMeer.
